You should pay attention to

1. Use rubber plugs or rubber sleeves with waterproof plug-ins. Add petroleum jelly and other methods in the plug-in to avoid water in the plug-in to oxidize the surface of the terminal.

2. The plug-ins connected to the vibration of moving parts must be fixed. Avoid the transmission of vibration on the wiring harness, resulting in the virtual connection of the connection points in the wiring harness and the terminals in the connector. 

3. The reliability of the rubber parts on the wiring harness must be guaranteed. The harness through the hole rubber sleeve must be installed reliably. Under normal use, the rubber sleeve cannot be separated from the installation position. 

4. When considering a car collision, the wiring harness cannot be squeezed. The wire harness is squeezed and broken, and the internal short circuit will cause a fire instantaneously, causing further injury to the drivers and passengers. 

5. The plug-in should not be in direct contact with the external environment such as rain. Do not contact with oil. Do not install in rainwater gathering areas or outside the car. Take protective measures when it must be arranged in the above-mentioned area.

6. When using metal buckles, plastic or rubber protection must be provided on the buckles. 

7. The wiring harness at the wheel and under the floor requires additional protection. Avoid driving on cross-country roads, sandy roads, or winter icy and snowy roads, splashing hard stones, ice, and snow blocks to break the wiring harness. 

8. Convenience of replacing the fuse box relay, using electrical appliances with high frequency. The position of the fuse box relay in the fuse box is arranged in a searchable and easy-to-operate position.

9. When installing on vibration or moving parts, the length should be reserved according to the actual situation. The reserved length is determined according to the vibration amplitude of the component and the maximum movement stroke of the moving part. Sometimes consider the rear space of the electrical device to avoid squeezing the wiring harness, and reserve the length of the wiring harness connector on the basis of ensuring the disassembly.

Reserved length L*= electrical installation depth h+ electrical installation panel width 0.7B+100 (mm).

Electrical installation depth h: After the electrical installation is assembled, the distance from the external decorative surface to the connection socket of the internal electrical installation.

The panel width of the electrical device is 0.7B: 0.7 times the height of the front decorative surface of the electrical device.
